WHEN IS THE LAST DAY TO ORDER TO RECEIVE MY GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS?

The last day to place your order using the least expensive shipping option (GROUND) is Thursday, December 13th at midnight EST. Expedited shipping options are available through Thursday, December 20th at 5 PM EST.

GENERAL INFORMATION

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN EACH GIFT BOX?

On each gift box detail page we include a complete list of what is included in each box.  We never include pricing and purchase information, or any marketing collateral, with your gift package. Some handmade and fair-trade items may vary in size, shape and color from exactly what is shown.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GIFT WRAP AND CREATE A GIFT?

Gift wrap is available on select individual items. When you choose Gift Wrap, one item will be placed inside a small box or bag.  If you are purchasing multiple items and only select one gift wrap option, please note at checkout which item you would like wrapped or we will send the unassembled box for you to wrap.

Create A Gift includes our signature gift box with bow. When you Create A Gift, multiple items are beautifully wrapped together in one box.

DO THE GIFT BOXES COME WITH A NOTE CARD?

Each gift box includes a stylish note card printed in script with your personalized message. View the card options from the gift box detail page and enter your selection and message during checkout. If no message is entered during checkout and you have selected a card, we will include a blank card so you can hand write your own message.

WHEN WILL THE RECIPIENT RECEIVE THE GIFT BOX?

 Order Processing:
 2-3 Business Days + shipping time

Please allow approximately 2 – 3 business days for processing and 2 – 3 business days for shipping in the domestic USA with Priority Mail Service. Other shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipments to Canada may take 7-10 business days, not including customs. Business days are Monday - Friday.

Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays.  

HOW DO I ADD TWO OR MORE OF THE SAME ITEM IN THE CREATE A GIFT BUILDER?

In the final step of creating your gift box, click Finish, then "Add & Checkout".  You will then be able to adjust quantities of individual items in your gift box. 

I RECEIVED A DISCOUNT CODE, WHERE DO I ENTER IT?

Enter your discount code in the shopping cart in the order summary section. If you are on mobile, you may need to tap the link, "Show Order Summary", at the top of the page to expand the area to enter your code.

Please note that special offer codes may not be combined and may not be applied to past orders or custom gift design services.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

We ship most packages using USPS mail with some larger packages shipping via FedEx or UPS Ground. All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation. To calculate the shipping costs, add your item to the cart and enter your shipping address. Please note, shipping does not include any customs or import duties required by the destination country.

For larger or custom orders, please contact us to prepare a shipping quote. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship to addresses in the United States, including American military addresses, and Canada. If you have a special request, or feedback, please contact us.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM GIFTING?

Yes. Whether you’d like to discuss volume gifting of our pre-curated boxes for your clients, investors and employees or custom packages tailored to your special event, we accommodate specialty gifts during the holidays and all throughout the year. Contact us directly to discuss your custom gift box project.

IS THIS A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?

WHAT IS YOUR RETRUN AND REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final and non-refundable.

WARM WEATHER AND MELTING CHOCOLATE / CANDIES

During certain times of the year we must take steps to ensure that your chocolates and candies arrive in good condition. We do our best to protect your chocolates and candy, but at times when temperatures are extreme we may, at our discretion, delay shipment until cooler temperatures are present or replace items with an item of comparable value. We cannot be responsible for melted chocolates that result from shipping delays or packages left unprotected or in the sun at time of delivery in hot weather. No refund or reshipment will be offered in the case of melting under the aforementioned circumstances.
