A bounty of Italian and Greek hand-rubbed herbs such as lemon peel, garlic and sun-dried tomato will infuse a rustic, savory and vibrant Mediterranean flavor into your meal.
Preheat oven to 450°. Toss tomatoes with olive oil and Mediterranean Spice, and place onto a rimmed baking sheet.
Roast, tossing once, until tomatoes blister, 20 to 25 minutes.
