Making iced cold matcha is easy to do! To make it extra smooth try making a simple syrup.
1. Add 1 scoop of matcha powder to a small bowl
2. Blend with a small amount of water just below boiling (175 F) to dissolve the powder
3. Pour syrup over ice in glass
4. Top with 6-8 oz of cold, filtered water and enjoy!
Tip: One of our favorite ways to enjoy matcha iced tea is to make a Matcha Arnold Palmer. Simply fill half of the glass with lemonade in between step 2 and 3. The sweetness of the lemonade balances the vegetal taste of the matcha.
